Experiencing worry or anxiety is natural, and it can help to warn us of dangers and motivate us to complete tasks. But it can become overwhelming and start to affect how we feel and act in our daily lives. At Bend, we have a supportive, evidence-based program that helps kids, teens, young adults, and their families better understand and process anxious feelings, while tapping into tools that can help our members better cope with symptoms so that there is less worry and more calm.
