Rosimar Suddeth, LCSW-S
Therapist & VP of Clinical Services

Rosimar is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience working across a range of settings and with diverse populations. As a first generation Latina and neurodivergent individual herself, she offers a unique perspective as a therapist and leader in the mental health field. By creating a sense of safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship, she works collaboratively with her clients to explore their strengths, challenges and aspirations. Rosimar lives in Austin, TX with her husband and twin daughters, Eva Celeste and Layla Rose. Beyond her professional endeavors, singing and playing the guitar serve as her favorite forms of creative expression.

Lea Wilkinson
Behavioral Health Coach Lead

Lea is the Bend Health coach lead. She has over 16 years of coach experience working with kids, adults, caregivers, and families. She specializes in behavior change, ranging from chronic condition management to establishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that supports both mental and physical well-being. Lea speaks Spanish and has experience working with Latinx and Hispanic populations. She has her masters of public health and is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. Lea lives in Minneapolis with her daughter where they enjoy going on adventures together.
